{newborn} Elizabeth: 8 Days

There has been some serious baby fever here at AZP lately.  I am loving every minute working with the squishy, soft new-to-the-world babes.  I can't really say my husband loves it because he thinks I'm getting ideas for baby #3.  Ha ha!  Elizabeth was premature and so tiny.  I think Mom and Dad said she weighed 6 lbs. during our session.  Oh my goodness, she was precious.  Being new to everything, she didn't like the idea of getting her picture taken at first, but she came around and did an amazing job!  I absolutely loved holding her and smelling her sweet baby skin.  I'm so happy for Katie and Ray!!  After trying for this little gem for about nine years, they finally got their miracle baby.  She is definitely a gift from God.  I can't wait to watch her grow into a beautiful young lady.

The headpieces (except the triple orange and brown floral band) are by Mom, The Pink Dove.
The nesting bowl and sack hat are by, Little Lovelys By Carrie Bethany.

Mom and Dad are UofK fans.
Katie told me that she wanted to use my Coca-Cola wagon for Miss E because her MIL is a big fan of Coca-Cola products. Perfect!

{family} Chris, Heather, Sylvan and Silas

My little family of three that I have been photographing for however long is now a precious family of four!  Heather and I were trying to coordinate a date for Silas' newborn pictures right before her scheduled birth, but having a c-section and then turning around to have an emergency surgery was quite a challenge for us to get together.  So, we settled on their first photo shoot as a family of four instead.  They are so cute!  The boys were so sweet together.  I love them all, but I especially love the "wet willy" photo.  Adorable.

{children} Dakota and Morgan

Cuteness alert!  These little girls are so sweet and loving.  Once Morgan warmed up to me, she did nothing but smile for the remainder of the shoot.  Her smile couldn't be more infectious.  Dakota was reserved and quiet, but when it was her turn to photograph, she really turned it on.  Absolutely stunning!

{family} Chris, Leslie, Ashleigh and Livy

It was so nice seeing how much the girls had grown since our last session.  Ashleigh has really come into her own and said goodbye to the extremely shy girl that she once was, at least around me.  She was more than willing to break out her modeling side.  Gorgeous!  ::swoon::  Livy was hilarious.  I love the tongue, and the squishy face she makes.  These two couldn't be any cuter.  Mom and Dad are definitely going to have their hands full as they grow.  Look out fellas!

{family} Roy, Russell, Amy and Caleb

I had such an enjoyable time with the P family.  It felt as if I had known them for a long time.  Mr. Caleb was as sweet as he could be.  I loved listening to his tiny voice when he would say things like, "Thank you, Ms. Andie".  And, that hat?  Ridiculously cute.  He was absolutely adorable.
